Responsibilities
- Manage all sales and marketing activities for real estate properties to achieve targeted sales, including preparation of correspondence and transaction materials; networking; initiating sales strategies; developing and managing online marketing channels; and monitoring real estate market trends and data.
- Ensure rapid time-to-market, placing properties on sale immediately after acquisition through credit bid or deed in lieu processes.
- Identify, appoint, and negotiate listings with qualified and appropriate real estate brokers.
- Prepare sales proposals, transaction summaries, and business plan presentations for Management review and approval.
- Analyze and evaluate market conditions, property values, and comparable sales to establish competitive sales prices in coordination with the valuation team.
- Coordinate with the closing team to monitor transaction progress and ensure successful completion of sales.
- Conduct regular property site inspections, in collaboration with the property management team, to ensure proper maintenance and to prevent or address squatter issues.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records in company databases and reporting systems.
- Based in the Southern region of Thailand, with flexibility to work upcountry and stay overnight as required.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate marketing, valuation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with exposure to multiple regions or markets.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including valuation principles across various property types.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, combined with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in computer and digital tools, including internet research, social media platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); adaptable to new technologies and systems.
