What are the process of buying property with Alpha?

  1. Put down 10% deposit of the purchase price by cashier's check/draft or transfer the money to the company's account.
  2. Submit the proposal to Alpha’s committee (take 1-2 weeks for approval process)
  3. After committee approval, the buyer signs purchase agreement within 15 working days.
  4. Pay the remaining 90% and transfer ownership at land office within 60 days from the date of approval.

If interested to buy, what documents to provide?

List of documents for individual buyer

  1. Letter of Intent to Purchase.
  2. Source of Funds Declaration Form.
  3. Personal Data Protection Act Form (PDPA).
  4. Copy of the ID card and House registration document of the buyer / tranfer recipient.
  5. Copy of the ID card and House registration document of the payer (in case the payer is not the same person as the transfer recipient).
  6. Copy of the Bank account book cover page, showing the account holder's name and account number clearly.
  7. Copy of the Bank account statement used to withdraw funds for the property purchase.
  8. Copy of the Purchase request for cashier's check / draft or money transfer slip.
