? Decline in Housing Ownership Transfers
The number and value of housing ownership transfers in the EEC region decreased by 5.8% and 6.8%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. However, this reflects a recovery in the housing market compared to Q1 2024, where declines were significantly higher at 16.7% and 14.3%, respectively. ?️

?️ Market Performance (January–September 2024)
In the first nine months of 2024, there were 34,751 housing units transferred in the EEC, with a total value of 86.3 billion baht. This marks a decrease of 8.7% in units and 10.3% in value compared to the same period last year.

?️ New Project Development
During the same period, the issuance of land allocation permits significantly declined:
In the first nine months of 2024, 115 projects with 9,644 units received land allocation permits, reflecting a 27.2% decline in projects and a 39.7% decline in units compared to the same period last year, which saw 158 projects with 15,981 units.

? Outlook for the EEC Housing Market
Although the market in the EEC has slowed down, government stimulus measures have helped mitigate the decline. Low-rise housing continues to attract more interest than condominiums, and real estate development in the area remains promising.
