Let’s review the latest housing demand trends from Q4 2024 before setting your price point.
✨ Most Popular Price Ranges:
✅ 2.01 - 3.00 million THB (25.3%)
✅ 3.01 - 5.00 million THB (22.9%)
40.6% are interested in single detached houses, especially within the 3.01–5.00M THB range.
32.1% are looking for condominiums, most popular in the 2.01–3.00M THB range.
19.1% want to buy townhouses, with high interest in the 2.01–3.00M THB range.
-Top Provinces Where Buyers Are Actively Looking for Homes:
-Bangkok (56.1%) → High demand for single houses & condos in Bang Na, Ladprao, Sukhumvit.
→ 26.2% of buyers are focused on the 2.01–3.00M THB price bracket.
- Nonthaburi (8.7%) → 29.1% want townhouses & single houses priced at 2–3M THB.
- Pathum Thani (7.2%) → 27.2% prefer single houses & condos in the 2–3M THB range.
- Samut Prakan (6.2%) → 29.2% are interested in townhomes & condos in the 2–3M THB range.
- Nakhon Pathom (3.8%) → 32.1% want to buy single detached houses in the 2–3M THB range.
- Samut Sakhon (2.6%) → 46.7% prefer single houses priced between 3–5M THB.
Real Estate Market Trends:
✅ Single houses & condominiums remain in high demand.
✅ The 25–34 age group is the most active buyer segment.
✅ Bangkok and surrounding provinces continue to be hotspots for homebuyers and investors alike.
